Information handling

Slovene Whiz stores answer history, review schedules, quiz preferences, and learning confidence ratings locally on your device. This information preserves learning progress, personalizes quizzes, and adapts review difficulty.

The app does not collect names, email addresses, location, device identifiers, analytics, advertising data, or tracking data. It does not transmit learning data to Routesi LLC or integrate third-party analytics, advertising, social media, or cloud-storage SDKs.

Pronunciation and diagnostics

Pronunciation uses Apple's system text-to-speech functionality. The app does not request microphone access or record audio.

iOS may provide Apple MetricKit crash and performance summaries to the app. The app logs only how many summaries were received and does not store or transmit their contents.

Storage and deletion

Learning data is stored in an atomic file under the app's private Application Support directory. Ordinary preferences remain in UserDefaults. Both receive the sandboxing and data protection provided by iOS. The app does not add separate encryption. Apple-managed device backups may include locally stored app data, depending on your device and iCloud settings.

You can delete answer history, confidence ratings, and scheduled reviews with Reset Learning Progress in Settings. Quiz preferences are retained by that action. Uninstalling the app deletes its local container; copies may remain in device backups according to Apple's backup controls.

Your choices

• Review your learning progress inside the app.
• Remove learning records with Settings > Reset Learning Progress.
• Change quiz preferences at any time.
• Remove the app and its local container by uninstalling it.

Website and contact

This website does not use analytics, tracking cookies, or third-party fonts or scripts. The hosting provider may process standard web request information, such as IP addresses, to serve and secure the site.

The contact form prepares an email on your device. It does not upload form entries or save them to website storage. You choose whether to send the prepared message through your email provider, which processes it according to its own privacy policy.

If you send an email, Routesi LLC receives your email address, any name you provide, and your message to respond to your request. Please do not include sensitive personal information. For questions about your correspondence or requests to delete it, contact privacy@route.si.

Updates to this policy will be published on this page with a revised update date and reflected in the app.
